Site Survey
We do site surveys to examine location or spot in order to obtain accurate information. This information includes feasibility reporting and estimation of cost and the time required to perform a certain task. Our site survey consists of multiple techniques and factors, depending on what type of plan needs to be executed on the location.
Design Engineering
With the help of updated Electrical CADD tools, we design technical GA drawings and control schematics (SLDs) as per project requirements. We ensure accuracy, compliance with standards, and efficient system integration in every design. We focus on reliability, safety, and optimal performance to meet client requirements.
Planning
We do Project planning for the process of establishing the scope and defining the objectives and steps to obtain them. It is one of the most important of the processes that make up project management. With the help of Planning, we set project goals, delivery schedules & support plans for the proper implementation of our project.
Fabrication
Our Steel fabrication is the process of cutting by CNC sheet punching machine (Turret), CNC bending, and shaping steel alloy to create panels. We use nine tank processes along with powder coating of good quality.
Fitting & Wiring
We provide the best quality switchgears as per customer requirements. Our fitting and wiring department carefully prepares the panels as per GA drawings and thoroughly checks all connection points and functionality before dispatch.
Quality Check & Testing
We have prepared a checklist for quality testing of our panels before dispatch. As per the checklist, we go through all points like testing powder coating, proper wiring connections, and checking door and panel earthing, etc.
Site Service
We provide site service verbally 24X7 & physically as per terms & conditions mentioned while finalizing the order. If any hindrance occurs in the working process after installation, our service engineer provides a better solution so that problems can be resolved as soon as possible.

Plant & Machineries
We are equipped with a wide range of advanced machinery to support our manufacturing and fabrication processes. Our facilities include bending machines, screw compressors, power press machines, and multiple welding machines. We also have precision equipment such as CNC/NC hydraulic shearing machines, hydraulic press brake machines, surface grinders, and pillar type drill machines. For cutting and shaping, we use laser cutting machines and CNC turret punch press machines. Our finishing and assembly operations are supported by powder coating booths, powder coating machines, and busbar sleeve shrink machines. Additionally, we have essential support equipment including diesel generators and thermal transfer label printers.
